- Default Tab – Select default tab to be displayed first when no user is logged in. Default is Login tab.
- Custom Login URL – Enter a custom URL to which all visitors will be redirected for login. This is used to override the standard WordPress user login pages. In order to prevent your users from accessing the standard WordPress login pages, just add the WP User Control widget to your sidebar and enter a URL for a page or post on your site that displays the sidebar. For example, if your Home page displays the sidebar, simply enter that URL in this field — http://my-domain.com/home. Make sure to enter the full URL (including http://). If your site is using FORCE_SSL_LOGIN WP User Control will automatically handle user logins via https://. NOTE: using this setting will affect ALL logins for your site. Make ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you are entering a valid URL before saving, or it could cause you problems getting into your site. Default is blank.
- Custom Link Title – Enter the text to be displayed for a custom link that will be added to the widget display for logged in users. Default is blank.
- Custom Link URL – Enter a custom link to be added to the widget display for logged in users. Default is blank. The custom link will be displayed to the right of the standard links for logged in users. This can be useful for e-commerce sites that want to display a link to a user’s account. For example, sites using the WP e-Commerce plugin can use this feature to add a link called Account that allows logged in users to quickly access their purchase history, downloads, etc. at http://my-domain.com/products-page/your-account/ (URL will vary by installation). Sites using the WooCommerce plugin can similarly add a link called Account that directs users to their purchase history, downloads, and account details at http://my-domain.com/my-account/. This is exactly what is done on the PalmSpark website.
- From Email Address – Enter a custom email address that will be used as the sender address for all administrative emails sent from WordPress, such as new user registrations or password reset notifications. This setting will take effect for all administrative emails sent from your site and is used to override the default WordPress settings of wordpress@my-domain.com. Leave this field blank to use the default WordPress settings. Default is blank.
- From Email Name – Enter the desired name for your custom email address that will be displayed in administrative emails sent from WordPress. An example entry for this field would be: my-domain.com Webmaster.
